Feeling good is a God-given right and we should exercise it along with wisdom and with certain restraint.  There is good evidence now for us to know that wheat flour contributes to many health problems and combined with sugar is especially in question as to the down effect it has a bon us including the rendering of our immune system void so long as we do ingest it. Iit is an honor, privilege and blessing to wake up in the morning and get up to go to work and earn a living.  Increase your blessing and by taking along something to be a give away to all those you meet and smile to I believe help the digestion and bless those also that small we see it.  Eat a hearty breakfast, have after a  job jgog and a dozen push ups.  The biggest danger may be on the breakfast table, part of the five whites listed by Hallelujah Acres in Shelby N.C. starting with sugar and a white flour but first the water.  The city water has poison fluoride and chlorine that I do not wish to feed to my dog.  I believe small animals likve birds are also affected by it negatively.  So I suggest you start with spring water to make your coffee if you still drink coffee and may be addictived to it and dependant upon it.  If you use table salt 1 ofther 5 whitlikes you may be setting yourself up for a lot of health problems down the road because of the processing of the natural salt makes it a chloride and is poison.  Your body naturally resist this porieson and in liquids form tries by to protect your cells from this poisonthere for big causing you to retain fluid you would otherwise dispense.  It is sad that the medical profession is ignorant to this fact and never practice preventive treatment.  The biggest wastes of the world is the medical industry and the doctors are reported to die at an average age of 58 while people willive to an average age of 74.  Some people in the world live to be a hundred and 20 years mainly iand Primitive areas and in high mountains such as Tiebeit wWhillie drinking the mineral water from the frozen ice glaciers producing cloudy rich run off full of rich minerals from the rock that is griounded when the ice slides down the mountain and melts.  This needs to be bottled and marketed so we can all have the same lifve.  I have begun taking Barley green as I consider it a basic nutrients that we ha've got away from since Bible times and on to wheat flour with all the nutrients refined out and often times many thigangs added back into it,he especially sugar.  Sugar is the Lord of all in the processed and preserved food business for big dollars.

“If any man will come after Me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow

With all the world problems, all theways fires in the West that covers one-third the nation, where with cancer killing so many people when we have no cures recognized by this e establishment, maen needs a church.  People need to worship God and seek although the clergy for the most part of a are not acquainted with the power of God to heal the body and mind.  The question remains " so what is church ? ", yet it is clearly identified in the New Testament Bible as a body of believers in Christ as Lord, servants to Almighty God and those redeemed with the promise of tomorrow of living with the Lord and ruling with Him.  The cyber church will live I believe tohe fill a void in reaching the ever expanding computer world of hungry people from the cradle to the grave with the true facts of religion.  Many people have religion but few have salvation withore a knowledge of the truth.  Far be it for me to fulfill this purpose or this void other than to obey God and to be as clay in Hhis hands to pass on boldly my convictions.  I am inspired by the Holy Spirit of God to do these things.  Art-church.com is now on world wide Internet and it will in will lead oine ian to my regular web site of Christian art work.  " A picture is worth a thousand words "

it is my intention to paint the entire Bible and Minister Via visual art.  Help me Lord.
